Mitch and Regina Harding

Mitch Harding

Elder

Mitch and his wife Regina have been serving at Buckingham Road since 1996, when they moved back to their hometown after graduating from Texas Tech University. Mitch was raised Catholic, but understood and felt there was much more to his relationship with Christ – but God had a plan to show him. Mitch was born in Alice Springs, Australia and lived there for 14 years. His family was relocated back to the U.S. in 1886 and moved to Wylie, Texas. That’s when God led him to Regina in high school - where they met, studied, and Mitch was baptized in 1988 at the Wylie Church of Christ. Regina’s family (Ron and Joanne Miller) attended BRCC from 1976-84 and Regina was baptized at BRCC in 1982. Since placing membership, Mitch and Regina have been serving with various ministries (Youth, JAM class, Children’s Ministry, Long Range Planning, Worship, Building, Ladies ministries etc.) and have grown their family spiritually and in size! They are blessed with three wonderful children, Tucker, Micah and Cameron – and three grands!

Tucker is married to Emily Pence Harding, and with grandsons (Will and Ben) they attend Memorial Church of Christ in Houston where Tucker is a Worship Leader. Micah and her husband Dominic Ramos both attend Buckingham Road Church of Christ, along with their son Ezra. Cameron is a recent graduate of Texas A&M and while pursuing post-graduate studies in Temple, Tx he is attending and leading worship at Western Hills Church of Christ.

Mitch served as a Deacon for 15 years, and in September of 2016, Mitch accepted the call to be an elder and shepherd. He continues in his career as an Architect, while Regina is a Music Teacher at Saturn Road Church of Christ Preschool. They feel blessed to call Buckingham Road their family and home for almost three decades!
